The PayEasy package requires at least Microsoft Office version 2010, and works with Microsoft Office 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Refer to the panel on the right if you are not sure which bitness you need.

Configure Microsoft Access and Windows:

1. Start the Access 2010 - 2019/365 program.
2. Select: File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center settings > Macro Settings.
3. Tick "Enable all macros etc."
4. In Windows select the UK date format dd/mm/yyyy.

Install and Activate PayEasy:

1. Install the software by running the PayEasy.exe or PayEasy 64.exe file that you have downloaded.
2. Use the PayEasy icon on the desktop.
3. User name = 1234, Password = 1234.
4. Enter:
   - Your company name.
   - License code as give by the supplier.
   - Starting month.
   - Starting year.

Use PayEasy in trial mode:

1. When installing as outline above, use the Trial license code 0000-0000-0000-0000.
2. Aftering entering a starting month and year, select Home tab > File Open to select the training file TrainingPE.

Note that the PayEasy Trial does not let you post the month.

Is your MS Office 32-bit or 64-bit?

Office 2013 and newer:

• Open MS Word.
• Select Account.
• Click About Word.
• The first line shows either 32-bit or 64-bit.

Office 2010:

• Open MS Word.
• Select Help.
• In the right-hand panel, below About Microsoft Access, it shows either 32-bit or 64-bit.
